The same values inspired our breakfast, You won’t find the usual breakfast buffet: You’ll taste selected organic homemade jams, green figs from our garden with ginger and lemon, bred prepared with “Regiokorn” – the local corn –, cheese selection direct from the dairy in Algund, South Tyrolean honeydew and honey, and free-range eggs from Ritten. Everything is served with a selection of fine teas and a gourmet 100% Arabica coffee blend, freshly ground and brewed.

Enjoy it from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m., from March until October it is served outdoor on the panorama terrace.
